Two clean rooms
They include most of the standard units for the manufacture of microelectronics, as well as specific equipment for the manufacture and characterization of magnetic, acoustic and photonic devices.
Bio-room
Space devoted to preparing chemical and biological compounds for electroacoustic sensors functionalization and bio-targets (antibodies, streptavidin, exosomes, etc) preparation.
Mechanical Workshop
Our workshop houses different tools and equipment for systems maintenance or particular set-ups development. .
